Our Story
BB IT Solutions was born in 2011 when we put everything we had on the line to strike out independently with a vision to deliver the quality and robust IT services we knew were lacking in the industry.
Starting everything from scratch, we learned and grew quickly. Over a decade later, we are proud to say that we have been able to deliver what we set out to do in the beginning and we haven’t had to cut corners or sacrifice our values to do it.
What We Do
Our sole purpose is to provide quality IT services based around honesty, respect, and the needs of the client at the heart of everything we do and every decision we make. We are passionate about taking the complexity out of IT for our clients and giving them control over their tools.
We love being able to sit with a client and remove their frustration and show them to use the tools they need to be working for them. We love knowing that the solutions we have provided our clients have freed them up to focus on what is important for them in their day-today business.
We are proud to have been able to deliver that and our growth shows us that was indeed a need for what we specialise in.
In 2022, we branched into an exclusive client base and are not actively looking for any new clients. We advise in a consulting capacity to our current clients and are loving what we do.

Becki – Director
I help BB IT Solutions to grow through the management of its staff, clients, jobs, and expertise.
I find clients who need our expertise and work alongside them to ensure our staff are giving or advising them on the best IT Solutions to suit their organisation.
I love what I do because I love watching my staff find solutions to problems and having satisfaction that the work, they put in has made a difference to peoples every day working lives.
Every business needs a solid IT and Phone Infrastructure and I love being able to be a part of providing that. My kids and my husband are my biggest passion.
I love reading, working with my fur babies, and walking in the amazing NZ bush when I get the chance.
Bodie – Director
My primary focus is to help clients with IT issues. Helping them have the best IT solutions to make their lives easier is satisfying.
I love that IT is dynamic and is always changing from solutions to problems – no day is really the same. This benefits clients because as solutions become redundant, I work hard to research and implement strategies for fresh solutions.
My team say that my superpower is being able to see outside the box to find solutions where sometimes it appears to be none.
I have a wife and 3 boys that keep me busy.
